She helped us through negotiating with the sellers to come to a price that worked for our budget and even managed to secure a home warranty, which has helped us so much already. We felt like we could trust her opinion, given her real estate and construction/renovation backgrounds. She was always willing to answer our questions and talk us through every step of the process. We are so grateful for her knowledge and expertise, and we are thrilled with the home she helped us find!

We've worked with Laura a few times selling/buying propertise and the reason we keep going back to her is she makes things very easy as well as she knows her stuff. We tell her what we want (both when selling or buying) and she doe the rest. She identifies properties we are interested in, she provides the support team (legal, tax, construction at times) and negotiates with the buyer/seller on our behalf.
