He was there to assist us in selling the home, not trying to impress us, but showing us what he could do to help get the house sold. He was there to answer any questions as well as helped all along the way to final closing. Offers on the house came in in a very short period of time and the accepted offer occurred within weeks of it being put up for sale, well within our acceptable price range. He went above and beyond what a typical real Estate Broker/Agent would normally do, as we lived out of town. He helped manage many of the things normally associated with what the home owner would do, regularly checking on the home, including home visits after it was shown by other agents. Tom helped coordinate access to the home for appraisals, inspections, visits, etc., that were part of the selling/buying process.
