He went above and beyond what a typical real Estate Broker/Agent would normally do, as we lived out of town. He helped manage many of the things normally associated with what the home owner would do, regularly checking on the home, including home visits after it was shown by other agents. Tom helped coordinate access to the home for appraisals, inspections, visits, etc., that were part of the selling/buying process.
