I recently worked closely with Cathy Bier during the sale of my parents' home in Burr Ridge. Cathy was amazing from the beginning all the way past closing. She and her team helped us out so much with getting the house ready, reassuring my older parents at every step. She held open houses and had the house under contract after one weekend. Once it was under contract, she helped with ensuring that everything that we needed to do was conveyed to us or copied us on things the lawyer or her team was taking care of for us. Throughout the process and afterward, we all felt as if Cathy was part of our family, and she genuinely cared for my parents and me as we navigated the sale of the house and their move into a senior retirement community. I could not recommend her highly enough.

I highly reecommend Craig Sebert. I have used 4 realtors before and they were average and mostly below average. Craig is above average. He enjoys his job, so he does it well. Craig is very professional in dress as well as in demeanor. I loved that he was so responsive to my emails and texts. He worked with me and kept me included throughout the process, even after the quick sale of our home. He was caring and concerned and incredibly helpful from the negotiation, inspection point work to be done to getting us out of the house. It was a wonderful experience working with Craig. I would use Craig over and over again and refer him to my good friends.

Mary Dow is very knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of buying a home. She knows all the tricks of the trade. She is and will be our go to for any future purchases. If you are in need of a real estate agent, it would be wise to seek her out.

Gretchen is the absolute BEST. I called in the am we were out looking at houses that night. She was so helpful with looking at details and pointing out issues that we found in some places and was never pushy or aggravated with all the craziness we dealt with while looking for houses. She is honestly the best!!!!!!

Andrew and his team were very open and honest. He was very easy to get a hold of and answered all questions promptly.
