I can't say enough about Janine! She not only sold our house quicker than we thought would be possible but for more money than we thought we would get! Not only that, BUT she helped us find a place to rent! She was responsive and communicated through texts and even took us to see a place on a Sunday morning. We researched 4 realtors including her and had trouble believing the reviews but seeing is believing. Hire her, you will not be disappointed!!

Working with James was not something you would imagine as stressful because of the hassle in finding a home. James is overall just a great person and a great friend which made working with him easy and enjoyable. As an agent, James is very professional and genuinely seeks the best for his clients. Paul is a great realtor. I've had realtors who have been asleep at the wheel, so Paul was such a breath of fresh air. He understands the Chicagoland market, and used that knowledge to guide us through the process. He worked with great partners and was able to get us an inspector who had the same work ethic. He was very patient with us and, most importantly, a tough advocate for us during this process. I always felt like he had our back when he sold our place and when he helped us find a new one. If you want a realtor who will truly tell you the truth and fight for you, this is the guy.

We worked with Eli to purchase our first home—I can’t recommend her enough! From the beginning, she helped us prepare for such a fast-moving market. She was thorough in explaining the home-buying process and really worked to understand our preferences. She was quick and organized with setting up showings, always accommodating our schedules. Eli knew we wanted to put a bit of work into a house, and her extensive experience with doing renovations was so incredibly helpful. She helped us size the amount of work and cost to do certain projects and seemed to always have a referral that she trusted to do great work. We love our home and don’t plan to move any time soon, but we’ll definitely work with Eli again when we do!
