She gives you her honest opinion if a place is not good. She genuinely tries to get you something that you really like. She is nice and personable which makes the experience fun.

Tim is an experienced broker, and tells you the truth about each step of the process. He is very experienced and patient. He also has a large network of people you need along the way. My husband and I were house hunting for a couple months with Tim until we found our home this October 2024. Definitely recommend working with Tim O'Neill as your real estate agent.
