Paul is a great realtor. I've had realtors who have been asleep at the wheel, so Paul was such a breath of fresh air. He understands the Chicagoland market, and used that knowledge to guide us through the process. He worked with great partners and was able to get us an inspector who had the same work ethic. He was very patient with us and, most importantly, a tough advocate for us during this process. I always felt like he had our back when he sold our place and when he helped us find a new one. If you want a realtor who will truly tell you the truth and fight for you, this is the guy.

She helped us size the amount of work and cost to do certain projects and seemed to always have a referral that she trusted to do great work. We love our home and don’t plan to move any time soon, but we’ll definitely work with Eli again when we do!
