You cannot get a better real estate agent than Kim Tumas. She has made selling my home and buying a new home the best possible experience that it could be. She is very professional, respectful, extremely knowledgeable in real estate, and personal. She gives full attention to her clients and their needs beyond the normal real estate realm. She truly cares about her clients. Her explanations of the situations that you go through and her guidance for the issues is second to none. She always made me feel that no hurdle was too big. Working in the administrative side of real estate industry and with hundreds of agents to choose from, my choice for Kim from the start was an easy one. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who wants their real estate needs to be satisfied by the best. I cannot say enough good things about her.
