My wife and I made the decision to uproot ourselves after 40 plus years living in Virginia Beach, VA to Orland Park, Il. The question consistently asked, and the answer is "Family" The home we recently purchased will be our forever home, with special thanks to our agent, Pamela Jeanes. My wife and I had absolutely no idea what obstacles we would have to overcome, i.e. best area based on our needs, home purchase, home inspection, services recommended post closing, closing attorney, recommended home financing. The list goes on and on. Thankfully my wife, Denise, and her sister, Aunt Mary found the perfect real estate agent There was never an issue that Pamela did not have a workable solution, our interest were always her top priority. Thank you Pamela, you have made our transition comfortable and as easy as possible. James and Denise Barry

Karyn is the best! She's helped me find two amazing rentals in Evanston and in Chicago and then helped us find the perfect house. She was professional at all times and made us feel like the most important clients! I loved all of our conversations, and she definitely listened to what our needs were and helped us get what we needed and checked quite a few off of our nice to have list ;) she made sure we were taken care of from day one! Most importantly...she knows how to communicate and treats us the way we want to be treated and more! She exceeds all expectations, that's for sure! If you're looking for someone to help you buy or sell a house, then look no further - Karyn and her team are THE people to contact...so stop looking and call her! Karyn gets the job done!! ????
