Our experience with John as our realtor to buy a new home was excellent. He helped us purchase a house in Chicagoland area in 2017 and proved to be incredibly attentive, prepared, and helpful. What makes John really stand out is his honesty and commitment to his client. There was never a single moment that John didn't put our needs first. Home-buying can be stressful, and John helped guide us through the process and made sure we truly understood all documents and transactions (as well as more fun practicalities things to do in the area, transport practicalities, etc.) so we were making an informed decision. He also was very helpful in managing the home inspection and negotiation process, giving tips on what we ought to and ought not ask for. John is never pushy and respects his clients' thoughts and time, offering only honest feedback and advice. Overall, we would strongly recommend John to anyone looking for a hardworking and honest realtor who goes above and beyond for his clients.

I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. On the buying side, Shane worked tirelessly with the Seller's real estate agent to close the deal. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time. Shane was also very attentive to our needs and opinions and it really felt like he worked WITH us, not just for us. As a final aside, Shane also comes with a great network of team players. If you're just starting out and gathering information, and Shane recommends you Josh Kahn as a broker, you need to do it without question. His team is just as good as he is and they work wonderful together.
