Working with Juan Ignacio Bustelo was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As first‑time buyers, we came into the process with very little knowledge, and Juan made sure we always felt informed and supported. He was on top of everything—always available, always responsive, and always willing to explain every detail clearly. No matter what time we reached out or how many questions we had, he was there with patience and expertise. Juan went above and beyond to make sure we understood each step of the buying process, and he provided guidance we didn’t even know we needed. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire journey. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. Highly recommended.

Scott and his team were wonderful throughout our journey purchasing our first condo in 2020. We especially appreciated his bluntness and honesty about some properties that we thought we liked but didn't know anything about as a first time home buyer. He also absolutely helped us secure our condo we fell in love with through his connections when there was competition. Highly recommended!!

Helen was great at communicating and keeping her and myself in the loop, especially when it came to dealing with the lenders and attorneys. She made sure to insert herself to make sure that I stayed informed. I never had a doubt that she was on my side and respected all of my wishes - not just trying to get her commission. If you want someone who you can trust to advocate for you and truly care for your family's wants and needs, Helen Michalak is the agent for you!

Dave was very good with helping us sell and buy within a very short time period. We have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so. We also would use him again if the need arises. Thanks Dave!
