Working with Bryan was fantastic! He provided suggestions, guidance, and expertise in getting our mom's house ready, listed, sold, re-listed, and re-sold. We were impressed with Bryan upon our first meeting. His professionalism and communication skills during the process were second to none, and he understood our position in how we wanted to sell the home. However, what really blew us away was the way he "empty staged" the house for the photo shoot, as well as the way he marketed the home. Quite impressive!!!

Jessica had the patience to show me what seemed like a million homes, Im a bit picky :) She took my feedback and things got better with each showing until we finally found the house of my dreams. She was able to negotiate a price that I was comfortable with and a closing date that worked with my schedule. What was best about Jessica is her constant communication, no matter how small the topic was. She really makes you feel like a family who has nothing but your best interest in mind. Overall I would recommend only recommend Jessica to any friends looking to buy a home.
