Karen is everything you hope for in an agent and more. Genuinely, I could not have asked for a better agent. She's on top of everything from the start, she even gave me reminders when I needed them. She has talented people to refer to for painting and various fixes, and even was a go between, discussing paint options with the painter for example. She is very kind.
