She also helped us understand what we needed to do repair/cosmetically to achieve our goal price & time. She was also an expert at exploring our options (sell VS. rent) with the our goals in mind. Alexa also came in and took inviting new pictures and added a few staging touches to make it look that more inviting. Best of all we were happy with the price we sold it for and AMAZED at how quickly she negotiated a deal for us. First showing listed with Alexa and we had a contract. Peter showed us many homes and helped provide great insight on each home. He was thorough and reviewed each property carefully. Pete was timely and assisted us in every step during the buying process. Pete gave great estimates on what to bid on each home. He identified some of the repairs and gave quick estimates on how much the repairs would cost (or should cost). Overall it was great working with Peter and the Redco staff.
