Anyone needing to sell their home should look no further than Lana Erickson!!! She is absolutely incredible and the best at what she does. Our first meeting lasted about 3 hours and my husband and I felt extremely confident in her ability to sell our home, which, did sell in 26 days!!! She always responds quickly to your texts or phone calls. She answers every question or concern with patience and understanding. You always feel like you are her number one priority!!! If you listen to her advice, your home will sell!!! Thank you Lana for everything!!!!

I chose Alison and American Realty, to list my home, and was very satisfied. Her knowledge and experience definitely helped to ease some of the anxiety of selling my home. I appreciated how she gave her honest opinions, without it feeling like I was being told what to do. That is an underrated quality, in my opinion. Everything went very smooth, from signing to closing, and I would recommend her for sure!
