Uncle Bobby , has worked with us now for over 4 years and I’ve known him most of my life. We can truly tell you that he is one of the most trustworthy , honest, straight up and professional realtors you could ever be lucky enough to work with. Mr.Rizza went above and beyond for well over four weeks straight to make sure everything was correctly Done for our 30 day close. While always being available 24 / 7 on his phone . literally would either answer every time or call you back within one hour or less . Great customer service. By far our best Big Purchase experience we have ever encountered. We will always and forever send all friends and family in need of a Home to Mr.Rizza . Thank you again Uncle Bobby for all your help and efforts. We truly appreciate it.

Walter is GREAT! This guy went above and beyond his limits to help me feel comfortable and infomed on what was going on. I was a First time home buyer and it was all new to me. Thanks to Walter I feel like I know everything about this home buying thing. Again once you work with Walter there is no need to go with anyone else. Even after the purchase of my beautiful home. he has called periodically to see how everything is and to make sure I was happy. Thank you Walter!

Honest, polite, highly experienced and very professional in every sense, hard working, caring to my needs with optimism. Even though the odds were against me she handled everything calmly and professionally. It was a pleasure to have had her as my agent.

Edgar is a great realtor who was very dedicated and determined to helping my roomates and I find the perfect apartment that we would all love and agree on. He was great at responding and communicating with us during our apartment hunt process and he even made it his business to follow-up after viewings of different properties to see which properties were a fit and which weren't so that he could help find us something that had everything that we were looking for. Edgar was always very honest and real with us and I really appreciated that about him. He went all around town showing us multiple properties in a day that we requested to view as well as other properties that he would suggest for us to take a look at. We ended up going with a property that he suggested to us and was a perfect fit for my roomates and I. Overall, Edgar was a great, friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated realtor who I would strongly recommend to others who are looking to rent or buy nice homes in the Bronzeville and nearby neighborhoods.

Kim was such a pleasure to work with and made the sale of my home so seamless. I really appreciate that she goes the extra mile all the way through the process. I would recommend Kim to anyone buying or selling a home. She helped me with both and I’m very grateful! 10/10!
