I hired Alexa after being dissatisfied with another agent from another brokerage. Alexa was super responsive, kept me informed every step of the way. She also helped us understand what we needed to do repair/cosmetically to achieve our goal price & time. She was also an expert at exploring our options (sell VS. rent) with the our goals in mind. Alexa also came in and took inviting new pictures and added a few staging touches to make it look that more inviting. Best of all we were happy with the price we sold it for and AMAZED at how quickly she negotiated a deal for us. First showing listed with Alexa and we had a contract. Maybe 20 showings with the previous agent and no bites or follow-up. THANK YOU ALEXA! I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

My wife and I have known Anita for over a decade, first as a seller agent when we bought our first condo then as our buyer agent when we switch the West Loop for Wilmette. We stayed in touch through the years and she was always ready to offer her guidance and help should our move plans materialize. Anita really understands the market and makes sure to get to know you and understand your needs before making any recommendations. She is patient throughout the process and quickly pivots based on feedback as the hunt progresses. We would highly recommend her to both first-time and seasoned buyers in the Chicagoland area!

Goes above & beyond, very knowledgeable thinks of things I wouldn't have thought of.Not just out to make a sale really feel she has her clients best interest in mind, Is Honest about concerns & always got back to me as soon as possible. She was recommended to me from my daughter & I would highly recommend her to anyone.
