I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.

First of all Luis is a delight to know. And great at what he does. He knew better than I did what I needed in a home and where it needed to be. I love my new house. Moreover, he knows his business. He knew the market, so he helped me submit an offer that was accepted right away. From then until closing --and after--everything went very smoothly. He didn't shy away from making sure I did my part on time. He has good connections. For example, he chose an excellent real estate attorney, inspection firm, etc. The closing went very smoothly because Luis anticipated every possible problem and made sure I was prepared. If I need to move again, I will definitely choose Luis.

I am absolutely thrilled to have finally closed on our sale today! It was not an easy property to sell. We sold a property that was occupied with 3 different families during a National pandemic for our asking price! Stephanie managed and contacted all of our tenants to schedule viewings and followed all the COVID protocols! She put everyone’s mind at ease and completely kept me out of the process, she handled everything! She was respectful and professional. Her laid back and intuitive personality was very important and sets her apart from any other relator I’ve worked with. Her people skills are totally on point! Working with Bryan was fantastic! He provided suggestions, guidance, and expertise in getting our mom's house ready, listed, sold, re-listed, and re-sold. We were impressed with Bryan upon our first meeting. His professionalism and communication skills during the process were second to none, and he understood our position in how we wanted to sell the home. However, what really blew us away was the way he "empty staged" the house for the photo shoot, as well as the way he marketed the home. Quite impressive!!!

Todd came highly recommended. He understood the areas I was looking, and has a great eye for detail when looking at houses, identifying potential issues and having suggestions on improving what we're seeing. We had some issues with our seller, but Todd and his team put their shoulder to the wheel to make all the pieces fit together and we are now happily moved in.
