I had no experience with selling a home, but Rita guided me through the sale in a friendly, understanding, and efficient manner, allaying my fears along the way. She was a pleasure to work with and would definitely refer anyone involved in the purchase/sale of real estate to her in the future. She also helped me to select and purchase my new home, which is a downsize from my original home, but serves my needs perfectly.

She kept us informed of showings and inspections, and even recommended a handyman to take care of a few items that needed attention. We ended up selling for just under asking price in record time.

She worked tirelessly to show us homes fitting our criteria, and when we weren’t find the right match she confidently pivoted with us to try new avenues. Once we found our new home she walked us through the process of listing our current home, and we had multiple over-ask offers in one weekend. Walter is GREAT! This guy went above and beyond his limits to help me feel comfortable and infomed on what was going on. I was a First time home buyer and it was all new to me.
