She truly went above and beyond, sometimes traveling over 2 hours in one direction at a moments notice. She was enthusiastic and always did her research ahead of time. He understood the areas I was looking, and has a great eye for detail when looking at houses, identifying potential issues and having suggestions on improving what we're seeing. We had some issues with our seller, but Todd and his team put their shoulder to the wheel to make all the pieces fit together and we are now happily moved in.
