I am absolutely thrilled to have finally closed on our sale today! It was not an easy property to sell. We sold a property that was occupied with 3 different families during a National pandemic for our asking price! Stephanie managed and contacted all of our tenants to schedule viewings and followed all the COVID protocols! She put everyone’s mind at ease and completely kept me out of the process, she handled everything! She was respectful and professional. Her laid back and intuitive personality was very important and sets her apart from any other relator I’ve worked with. Her people skills are totally on point! She worked above and beyond for us by constantly being available at any hour and being present for endless inspections and other tasks involving the sale. I’m so happy she represented us!
