Todd came highly recommended. He understood the areas I was looking, and has a great eye for detail when looking at houses, identifying potential issues and having suggestions on improving what we're seeing. We had some issues with our seller, but Todd and his team put their shoulder to the wheel to make all the pieces fit together and we are now happily moved in. We (especially the dogs) thank you for all the hard work!

Loren was terrific! I called him about a condo listing one saturday morning and he offered to show my the condo whenever was convenient, so I said how about now? So he met me there an hour later and a week later the seller accepted my offer on the most beautiful lakefront condo I never dreamed I could afford. He and his partner at Baird & Warner; Pamela Ball, did a great job. I am very happy. : )
