Selling a house is overwhelming and selling an elderly relatives house during a pandemic only added to the stress. Vittoria Logli was highly recommended to me by two other relatives who utilized her amazing skills to sell their homes. Vittoria was thorough in explaining everything to me. She was supportive in guiding me as to what needed to be done to put the house on the market. I then said "Okay Vittoria work your magic" and she certainly did. She had the house on the market for a day and a half and presented me with multiple great offers to choose from. I don't know what I would have done without Vittoria and her team at @ Properties. Vittoria made the whole process so much easier and so much less stressful. She is a consummate professional.

After moving around so much I’ve had quite a few residences and therefore plenty of experiences with realtors. The list includes realtors in PA, IL, NJ… on both rentals and purchases. Mitch Gabel is second to none. What sets him apart is his patience, his ability to ask many questions, listen, and work in the buyer’s best interest. Having 2 boys born within 15 months of each other, we quickly found our new Family of 4 busting at the seams of our 2 BR townhouse. It was clear we needed a bigger place, preferably a single family home with 4+ bedrooms and some type of yard. We also recognized that our next house would hopefully be our home for the next 20+ years. And that’s where the challenge began. <br/><br/>Mitch helped us write a “must have list” and a “wish list”. He also paid close attention to our budgetary needs and our preferred locations – school systems, friends, parks, etc. Samantha (wife) and I agreed that we wouldn’t rush into a purchasing decision on the first house we liked. Mitch entered our requirements into the online MLS system. Several times each week houses that fit our profile were sent to us in the form of online descriptions and pictures. We spent many Saturday afternoons looking at houses. <br/><br/>Throughout the entire (somewhat lengthy by many standards) process, Mitch maintained his strong support of our needs. He was quick to point out weaknesses of a house, preventing us from making a poor buying decision. Mitch was also quite creative, helping us along by providing input, “…you know, you might want to consider…” We never felt rushed during the entire process. The end result being a nice house that our Family will enjoy for many decades. I am grateful to Mitch Gabel and highly recommend him to anyone in the Chicago area for any Real Estate needs.

I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. On the buying side, Shane worked tirelessly with the Seller's real estate agent to close the deal. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time. Shane was also very attentive to our needs and opinions and it really felt like he worked WITH us, not just for us. As a final aside, Shane also comes with a great network of team players. If you're just starting out and gathering information, and Shane recommends you Josh Kahn as a broker, you need to do it without question. His team is just as good as he is and they work wonderful together.

I highly recommend Laura as not only a realtor who loves what she does but someone who truly cares about you and your family. We were absolutely blessed to not only buy our first home with Laura, she also sold our home as well. We are a military family and only had a short period to travel to Illinois to find a home. As soon as we arrived she had home after home ready for us to see. She not only drove us to each home she even had a binder for us filled with all the homes we were really interested in with all the important information. It really helped me keep organized on which homes I liked and what I didn’t like about them. She made both buying and selling an absolute breeze. Laura listens to all your concerns and always has advice and help to give. She is always available wether it’s texts or phone calls and if she can’t talk at that moment she calls you back within minutes. We are forever grateful to her for her dedication, endless work and always having our best interest at heart at all times. Laura is truly one of a kind!

Janie came recommended to us by a close friend. Even though she doesn't regularly work in our area, she took our listing and did an amazing job. She traveled to our home regularly to support the selling process and to hold open houses. Janie communicated her schedule and offered to do the open houses several times. I think this really helped to get the right traffic through our home and to get it sold quickly. We got a strong offer and Janie supported us all the way through closing! Janie also guided us through the home buying process. We were moving to her area and she was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She was with us every weekend to go around to houses and met us after work when needed. When we made our offer, she gave us the comps and research for the neighborhood to be able to make a decent offer. We had some back-and-forth with the sellers and Janie helped us to develop the best strategy we could. We ultimately secured the offer that we were pleased with.
