Now Mike definitely has negotiation skills!! He was my realtor when i sold my house and he got it sold in 2 weeks! Then when I bought my new home he did some great negotiating and he got me my house within 5 days of my first offer. He had all the right people lined up for closings, everything went on schedule and he took all my concerns away.
