Pattie was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of finding and purchasing my first home. She is a fountain of knowledge and resources and had assisted with recommendations and advice even after my closing. Pattie was always available by phone, text or email and would have an answer or find out very quickly if she didn’t. I couldn’t have picked a more caring, genuine person to guide me through the sometimes overwhelming process of buying a home. He was quick to point out weaknesses of a house, preventing us from making a poor buying decision. Mitch was also quite creative, helping us along by providing input, “…you know, you might want to consider…” We never felt rushed during the entire process.
