He understood the areas I was looking, and has a great eye for detail when looking at houses, identifying potential issues and having suggestions on improving what we're seeing. We had some issues with our seller, but Todd and his team put their shoulder to the wheel to make all the pieces fit together and we are now happily moved in. In July 2014, we had made previous arrangements to rent a home in Gurnee that was flooded while we were en route on our cross-country move, and it was not livable when we arrived.
