And she helped us find a new home and negotiate a great purchase price during a very tight market period. When selling she really helps present your home in the best possible light. She is extremely "hands on" and works hard to make the process quick and easy. She will "stage" your home, using a combo of your current furnishings and her own accent pieces to make it look like you spent tens of thousands on an interior designer. Then she will have your home photographed so nicely it looks like it belongs in your favorite shelter magazine - even printing up soft cover booklets to distribute at open houses. If any major touch ups or repairs are needed, she has a stable of trusted contractors who will respond and complete projects quickly. We were out of town for much of this process for our second home, and she was physically at the property coordinating all these various things herself. Tom was the most thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable agent I have ever met. I saw a lot of homes with Tom and he never gave up or got frustrated until I found the right home. Tom is always available to answer any questions you might have which was extremely helpful since I was a new home buyer.
