Monika made the experience of buying our first house very easy and enjoyable. She listens to what you want and helps you find the right house for you. She was very patient and worked with our schedule. Monika is very knowledgeable and will point out things that you may not know to look at. I really liked that she was available when we needed her. She explained everything really well and guided us through each step. It was a pleasure to have her work with us. She truly went above and beyond for us. I feel like we gained a friend. Naomi took a very stressful time and turned it into a wonderful experience. Her assessment of my home prior to going on the market vis a vis work to be done was spot on and really helped. When something didn’t go as planned she had a ‘someone’ in her contacts who could get it done quickly. She went above and beyond in helping us through this time, even bringing us boxes to help us pack! She was also a straight shooter and didn’t sugarcoat bad news or feedback and helped us wherever possible to turn it around. I don’t know how I’d have survived this without Naomi’s wit and wisdom.
