Marybeth was just exceptional! Me and my wife moved into Chicago area a few months ago and started looking for a home. Being a first time home buyer and new the area we were scared to step into this process. After doing some self research and open houses we were not able to narrow down to a area. This is where Marybeth came into the picture. We first spoke to her in early July and by the end of our first meet she jotted down our needs and had already set-up some showings in the next few days. Within a month she organized approximately 80 showings which accelerated our home buying process since we required to close on a deal by end of August. This said she was never pushy on the contrary she helped us flag things in a house which would eventually be essential to narrow down on a house. She went out of the way to add showings with notices as short as 1 hour. I would definitely recommend her as not only was she very accommodating and sincere but also knowledgeable about the Chicagoland area and the home buying process.
