First of all Luis is a delight to know. And great at what he does. He knew better than I did what I needed in a home and where it needed to be. I love my new house. Moreover, he knows his business. He knew the market, so he helped me submit an offer that was accepted right away. From then until closing --and after--everything went very smoothly. He didn't shy away from making sure I did my part on time. He has good connections. For example, he chose an excellent real estate attorney, inspection firm, etc. The closing went very smoothly because Luis anticipated every possible problem and made sure I was prepared. I can't say enough about Janine! She not only sold our house quicker than we thought would be possible but for more money than we thought we would get! Not only that, BUT she helped us find a place to rent! She was responsive and communicated through texts and even took us to see a place on a Sunday morning. We researched 4 realtors including her and had trouble believing the reviews but seeing is believing. Hire her, you will not be disappointed!!
