Paul is a great realtor. I've had realtors who have been asleep at the wheel, so Paul was such a breath of fresh air. He understands the Chicagoland market, and used that knowledge to guide us through the process. He worked with great partners and was able to get us an inspector who had the same work ethic. He was very patient with us and, most importantly, a tough advocate for us during this process. I always felt like he had our back when he sold our place and when he helped us find a new one. If you want a realtor who will truly tell you the truth and fight for you, this is the guy.

Heidi is the best! From the start she outlined her plan for selling my mother's condo. Though it wasn't the most high end property, Heidi gave us the same attention as if it were a 1million dollar property. She is professional and thorough and is highly accessible. I will use Heidi for all of my real estate needs going forward. I can't recommend her enough!

We worked with Eli to purchase our first home—I can’t recommend her enough! From the beginning, she helped us prepare for such a fast-moving market. She recommended a couple of mortgage lenders to help us get pre-approved (necessary first step in this market!)—the one we moved forward with was a great fit! She was thorough in explaining the home-buying process and really worked to understand our preferences. She was quick and organized with setting up showings, always accommodating our schedules. Eli knew we wanted to put a bit of work into a house, and her extensive experience with doing renovations was so incredibly helpful. She helped us size the amount of work and cost to do certain projects and seemed to always have a referral that she trusted to do great work. After moving around so much I’ve had quite a few residences and therefore plenty of experiences with realtors. The list includes realtors in PA, IL, NJ… on both rentals and purchases. Mitch Gabel is second to none. What sets him apart is his patience, his ability to ask many questions, listen, and work in the buyer’s best interest. Having 2 boys born within 15 months of each other, we quickly found our new Family of 4 busting at the seams of our 2 BR townhouse. It was clear we needed a bigger place, preferably a single family home with 4+ bedrooms and some type of yard. We also recognized that our next house would hopefully be our home for the next 20+ years. And that’s where the challenge began. <br/><br/>Mitch helped us write a “must have list” and a “wish list”. We spent many Saturday afternoons looking at houses. <br/><br/>Throughout the entire (somewhat lengthy by many standards) process, Mitch maintained his strong support of our needs. He was quick to point out weaknesses of a house, preventing us from making a poor buying decision. Mitch was also quite creative, helping us along by providing input, “…you know, you might want to consider…” We never felt rushed during the entire process.
