Teena is always engaged & timely in her response. Her experience and years of knowledge of the areas in Idaho help her customers with a realistic understanding what to expect. She was particularly helpful with her knowledge of resources to help us move. And was also very helpful in finding our new home by making time to help us search. Her valuation of our property was spot on. This will be the 5th home I've sold, and Teena was the best helper ever! If you are looking to sell or buy property, contact her!

Lisa helped us from the start. Months ago we just wanted to look at a house out of curiosity, and she led the way. Pointing out potential issues, knowing the loan types and what would or would not qualify under specific loans. She recommended an amazing mortgage broker as well. She worked with us through our first offer which thankfully fell through, because it allowed us to find our perfect home. She stayed in communication, checking on us when we fell out of communication. Worked though the process, helped with alot of the leg work when I was getting nowhere. Helped us get an amazing house at an amazing deal. Would highly recommend working with Lisa for your real-estate needs.
