Jim went above and beyond with selling our family a new home. He is an all around professional, punctual, honest, and hard working local Realtor/Broker. He knows North Idaho and it's neighborhoods very well and makes a point of knowing the details you and your family desire when buying or selling a home. I highly recommend Jim to everyone who is need of a new home!

Our home had been in my wife’s family for 55 years, filled with memories old and new. Will and Laura took the time to hear our story and it was clear that they really listened by the way they responded, giving us a genuine peace to move forward. They had researched the market giving us good solid advice on our selling price. The house sold 5 days after going on the market at full asking price! The communication throughout the entire process was incredible! If you are looking to sell your property we highly recommend Will and Laura Stafford…they truly know professionalism with a heart .
