Mark was very responsive to requests and questions, both verbally & through electronic medium. He quickly developed a sense of what our needs & wants were, & stayed current on listings that fit that profile so that he could alert us quickly when something hit the market that matched our criteria. He was very knowledgeable about, & made sure to alert us to details needing attention. Even after the sale closed he visited us & provided reminders about deadlines, form submissions for tax purposes, etc. I would not hesitate to work with Mark in the future, or to recommend him to friends or family.
