Becky Zheng was recommended by a friend. I lived in WA and the house I needed to sell was in ID. She was so efficient that I literally did not need to fly back and forth during the process of the sale. She handled everything. She took care of contacting cleaners and repairman for me. She handled half of the communication with my tenants to make sure they would be cooperative and they were even though it was not that easy. I had a lot of furniture I needed to sell and she literally brought other agents to my house to sell a lot of them for me. I only had to fly there the day of closing to sign the paperwork and to move the rest of my stuff back to WA. I didn't think it would be so smooth being out of state but it happened with the help of this amazing lady. She literally offered and picked me and my sister up from Boise Airport to the Uhaul company then to my house then invited us to lunch then took us home. She did go above and beyond her responsibilities. After the house was sold she helped me took care of some more things when she didn't have to. My sister and I got talking to her for a few hours and we both felt she was such a good hearted person. That's why she did more than she had to to help me. There are very few agents like Becky.
