She made outside contacts to brokers and realtors spreading the word of the building. During this time period, her market knowledge was impeccable. She was able to answer any questions that I had and, in fact, went above and beyond to get any answer that was not on her finger tips. She even provided information that she personally researched. Our communication was incredible. She was available to all of my calls. In fact, there was not a time that I could not reach Rebecca. Rebecca also called me with any updates and offers. Our collaboration during this process was amazing and I was confident that I was protected and with a realtor who had my best interest at heart. I am certain that we actually became excellent colleagues during this process due to our communications. Rebecca was in my corner for the decisions that needed to be made. If I was not willing to take an offer, Rebecca stood strong on my behalf. When I was willing to take an offer, Rebecca was quick to ensure that it was communicated professionally. Rebecca was extremely professional and respectful through this process and I felt that she was a co-equal in our decision-making, never feeling alone. The building sold quickly and despite having numerous other sales occurring, she never made me feel that she was too busy to be right by my side. I would recommend Rebecca!
