I worked with Eric on the purchase of a house in Meridian, Idaho. He was recommended by a friend after having bad experiences with two other local realtors. His online profile doesn't reflect the quality or volume of business he does, probably because he is too busy taking care of his clients to work on it! He is a honest straight shooter who knows the local area having grown up and living here. He knows the communities, neighborhoods, and builders. I was an out of state buyer and he went above and beyond knowing I couldn't hop on a plane to come over for things such as the inspection. He did a great job of keeping in communication and being responsive to questions which was especially helpful since I was in Florida and Europe during most of the transaction. I highly recommend him!
