We decided to sell our home and then the "pandemic" happened we ended up in a 3 month close lol but she was patient, incredibly helpful and always on top of everything. I would highly recommend Niccole to anyone buying or selling, shes very knowledgeable and honest. If we ever buy and sell again, she will be who we call forsure!

i wanted to show my family the new house my husband & i wanted to buy. we could only get a few showings in a certain amount of time & without thinking i text Kate on a Sunday & she said she’d be more than happy to show the house! She went completely out of her way on a day i’m sure she was spending with her family (looking back i feel horrible for doing that) but this was just ONE highlight of our closing experience with her. she explained things to my husband & i no matter how many times we needed her to (we are first time home buyers). not to mention she ALSO went out of her way to get us some gifts on the day we got the keys. she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND what she gets paid for. she didnt just feel like a realtor, she genuinely felt like a friend. i would give her a ten star rating if i could.
