Summer Grounds is as highly competent in the workings and negotiations of real estate as I have seen. She is highly personable and is especially a good listener. She took time to develop a feel for who we are and what we were looking for not only in the house but the living environment as a whole. We really appreciated this. She is honest, and we felt the freedom to work through issues without subtly pushing us. She made recommendations to direct evaluating home options and especially during the offer process. She was able to access information quickly for us. She also made recommendations to protect us and characterized home options in accord with the potential satisfaction, or lack of it as we had presented our vision and priorities in our desired home. While the house search of itself can be tumultuous at times, we are very satisfied with the home we chose in this complex process. Summer's service to enable this with us was superb. We highly recommend her.
