Communication is very important to me, and Jeff was great with the communication! He was always positive and tried to think "outside the box" with creative ideas and listened to my ideas. I actually felt sorry for him when he did so much work and I had bumped up my fee to the buyers agent. He was pleasant and kind to the very end! Thank you Jeff!
