Ben is an AMAZING person and realtor! He and Sam helped us with every step, from dreaming about finding a place but not really knowing if it was possible through closing and beyond. He has come to personally help with to-do items and menial tasks. What other realtor is going to come help you move or bake cookies for open houses? All my experiences working with both Van Hoogens have been spectacular. They're down to earth and won't blow smoke. I would definitely recommend working together to sell your house or find your dream home!

Anne was the best person to help me find a home. She was patient and knowledgeable and kept me up to date on everything that was going on right when it was happening. Anne was accessible for my questions and concerns at anytime of the day, any time of the week. She took the time to find answers for me and explain every situation that I couldn’t understand on my own. The house I was selling had quite a few mishaps- out of both my and Anne’s control- and I am so glad I had Anne to help me through that process.
