Buying a property is very stressful and confusing experience. Met Shonna at open house and once agreed to moveforward with the property working togther found her to be unlike other agents that I had come across, as they were only interested to have me sign on the dotted line without care. That was not Shonna. She was very precise, patient, supportive, professional, and willing to take time to review all aspect: before signing the contract going through every line, making sure what was implied was understood and provide possible options to be considered. Post signing, she was very proactive with her follow up. Overall, it was a pleasure working with her as she made this an excellent experience. I would highly recommend her

As a first time home buyer, I felt intimidated by the entire process of buying a home. I was connected with Jaylene and I’m so happy with the whole experience. Her communication through whole process was superb. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on or what the next step was. She was able to put things in laymen’s terms so that the average person could digest the information. Very good at answering questions and guiding you through the process.
