This helped me a lot because I was not ready or skilled enough to buy a fixer upper. Andy was readily available to help us throughout this process when I expected him to be away from his phone with family, he would still respond to texts and emails after 10 pm. Our process of working with Andy was beyond my expectations and it helped that there was never a time that Andy wasn't available to help us out.
