Her showings were limited to a specified geographic area which was relatively broad and widely diversified and she exhibited an in depth knowledge of the general conditions regarding her showings. The industry's "buyer- buyer's agent-seller's agent- seller" communication pathway does not provide direct observation of negotiation techniques and skills but our finale result indicated a compromise between us and the seller; so the I am only able to say that her negotiation skills contributed to a successful closing, although at a higher price that taxed my resources.
