We met Dave from a recommendation from our son. We are new to the area and we were exploring neighborhoods and discovering places we didn’t want to live. Once we knew what we wanted, we met with Dave Carney and he delivered. He sent us to a place he thought we would like, and was he ever right! Although there was a full price bid on the property, Dave suggested we meet the price and stress that we would pay in cash. The seller accepted our offer and ten days later we were in our new house. It was a pleasure working with Dave and we highly recommend him to other buyers.

One of the best people in the people business! The reason Austin stands out above all the other agents is because he answers his phone when you call! We never got voice mail. Excellent service! And the best part was we got 50k over asking price!

Calming personality, very helpful, carted me around to several sites until I found what I was looking for. In such a stressful time he was a steady hand and would recommend him without question...

Very profesional very kind his on time he is been there since day one. If you’re looking for a house his the best.
