Had recently very good experience buying a property with Egesta. She knows the market, provided us all the information we needed and took care of all details during the closing process. Very smooth transition.

Anyone who’s ever bought, sold, or built a house knows how insanely stressful it can be. That’s why having the right realtor is everything, and we honestly loved working with Barbi Schramm from Presidio Real Estate! She’s based in Utah County but works all over the state, and she has been an absolute game-changer for us. She managed to sell our place in Davis County crazy fast and for top dollar, all while effortlessly keeping our new build on track. She is hands-down the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. Barbi is incredibly organized, so kind, and just a total powerhouse who gets things done, but she always kept us in the loop so we never felt left in the dark. Literally every piece of advice she gave us paid off. If you want a smooth, stress-free experience with someone who will truly be on your side and treat your money like her own, do yourself a massive favor and hire her!

We were in the process of moving quickly to a new state and trying to sell our home during a difficult time. Yuting was an excellent agent that helped us get the house sold quickly, and helped with setting up the final cleaning and yard maintenance after it was vacant. Her hard work paid off in a quick sale that kept us from being in a double mortgage payment situation. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
