Nikole just helped us buy our first home. She is so easy to work with and easy to talk to. Very responsive with emails and texts and calls. She was knowledgeable and always willing to find answers to our questions. She helped us discover our own preferences and we felt encouraged and supported. The process was really smooth for us because Nikole was so kind and also so thorough in all that she took care of with setting things up and communicating with others involved and getting the right paperwork done. There was a lot that we just didn't have to worry about. I think her kindness and professionalism definitely improve the experience for all parties involved in the transaction.
