We recently listed and sold our family home with Nancy Philbrick. It had been in our family for over 50 years. My parents were in their 90s and had many memories there. It was difficult, but it was time. Nancy handled the emotional side of the sale with caring and understanding. Nancy represented us in what could have been a heart wrenching experience. It was difficult but was made much much better with Nancy’s guidance and support. My folks were going to assisted living so there was not room for much other than basic furniture and some sentimental pieces. Nancy had excellent suggestions for distributing family items to children, selling the sellable and getting the rest removed. She had great tips on what issues with the house to update and which not to. The house was listed for 3 days. We got over 15 offers. Nancy helped us navigate the diverse offers and get the best price from the most qualified buyers. The sale closed quickly without a hitch due in no small measure to Nancy’s skillfully moving the process along and avoiding the many pitfalls that delay many real estate transactions. Only experience can do that. This was our second property Nancy had been our agent on. After our personal house had been marketed unsuccessfully for six months Nancy took over the listing. She had our unique home sold in no time. You will not find a more skilled, knowledgeable and professional Realtor than Nancy Philbrick. We won’t use anyone else. Respectfully, Jim Campbell
