Cindy, got the deal done.

We had a property we had decided to sell. We contacted Cindy and she came over the next day, she looked over what we had and made her recommendation. She did have suggestions for improvements before the sale. And suggested our sale price. Her number was 35% higher than what we had anticipated. It took us 30 days to get the place ship shape. The property went to market, after 3 1/2 months. Two failed closings. Cindy brought us to closing at only 3.5% below asking I would recommend. Cindy to anyone in The market to sale to contact Cindy.
