Honest and sincere person. She had a good sense of the Hilo side of the island.

She spent quite a bit of time personally checking out the location and characteristics of the property. An important thing to do in the HOVE. From this initial investment of time, it was helpful thru out the process to gauge pricing changes. This was very much appreciated for a property of low value.
