...working with a long-time family friend from the neighborhood, Nakia was simply outstanding. She’s just the best at selling homes! Being that my mother had just passed away and me being located out-of-state, Nakia was always there in any capacity needed in supporting the family estate and my needs. She aided me in finding movers, used her own funds to make minor (but effective) updates to the home, helped move home items, met with non-buying third-parties on my behalf when I couldn't be available, and frequently checked-in with me on the current status, any changes in the plan of action, and to inquire if I needed anything. Nakia's calculated selling price to value ratio was on point...selling at just the price expected within two-days of being on the market....wow. The entire process didn't take but roughly 30-days from first contacting Nakia.
